1. SafePal Twitter follower reached 300K+

Along with the rapid growth of the SafePal user base, our Twitter followers finally exceeded 300,000. Thank you for always being there as our strong supporters! This is just a beginning and SafePal will continue to provide the safest and more useful asset management platform for everyone.

2. SafePal App V2.5.10 is available. Don’t miss out!

This Monday, SafePal has released V2.5.9, supporting the light mode. V2.5.10 was released a few days after V2.5.9 to fix some UX issues and VET transfer problems. It was quite a busy week for the team to catch up with the rapid reports and feedback from the community. Appreciate your patience and supports. 3. Winners of SafePal X BakerySwap NFT design campaign were announced. Welcome to stay tuned with more future NFT campaigns!

In the last 2 weeks, we received a lot of NFT submissions on the BakerySwap NFT marketplace. Congratulations to the final winners of the “SafeNFT” NFT creation theme! Thanks, BakerySwap, for launching this wonderful campaign with us, which showed us the power of the community again. We are working with more NFT players in the crypto space. More campaigns coming on the way. Stay tuned!

4. New customer support agents are ready in position, working full gear to bring a better customer support experience!

We know that you have complaint a lot of the slow customer support from SafePal recently. The team heard all of them, and we recognized that this should be changed urgently. As mentioned in the previous weekly updates, we are actively hiring more CS agents, compiling more tutorial guidelines, and working on a better onboarding process to provide a friendly user experience not only on the product but also on the daily support. Recently new customer support agents are gradually ready in position to bring a better support experience to the users. If you have been sending email tickets for multiple times and heard no feedback, welcome to tag us @SafePal_support with your ticket ID and we will try to respond to you as soon as we can.
